"Lessons on the Dangers of Sleep Deprivation" or "Sfida is a Dumbass."

Ok, this is dumb. Why does weird stuff like this happen to me all the time, and why is it always when I'm semi-conscious?
Dateline: Thursday, 6 February, 2003, 12:30ish AM: I was working on homework downstairs in the lounge. I decided that I was too tired to work, and that I needed to go to bed. I then tried to stand up to put my things away and go to my room. Silly me. Why did I think I could do such a simple task? Oh no. Not me. That was too much to ask. And I fell. My wrist hurt, my knee hurt, and my ankle hurt too. The knee was the worst. I lay there, holding my knees at my chest, for I know not how long. Then I got up and limped to my room, where I crashed. Not slept, mind. Just crashed. Didn't bother washing face, brushing teeth, showering, not even changing clothes or even getting under the covers. Just went to bed.
Woke up early, with little memory of the previous night. Thankfully, I had enough time that I could do my work and shower before class. Oh right, the work. Crap.
So I got off my bed, and stood up.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAF***ING HELL!"
Sat back down, and took off my socks. There was a tomato growing under my skin, or so it would seem. Ye gods, my ankle was huge. And painful. But it's not broken, thank God.
Later, I was hallucinating in Dynamics class. I saw the chalkboard bleeding. No, I was not taking painkillers.
Well, never let it be said that my life isn't interesting. Well, no. It isn't interesting. Just stupid sometimes.
