Love and Peter Frampton: Two Completely Unrelated Subjects

Wow, it's been a while. So busy...

Things with Q haven't progressed much. I'm trying, but, we have impossible scedules. And I don't want her to think I'm stalking her. But she's all I can think about. I can't help it; I'm sure you couldn't either if you knew her. She's awesome. She likes to have fun, and is extremely intelligent. She's also more creative than just about anyone I've ever met. I know that isn't the best description, but I don't want to get too gushy right now; I'm saving that part for her. She and I have a lot of common interests as well; I can't say that about many people. As though those things weren't enough, she's cute too ^_^. This is the first time I have ever lain awake at night thinking about a girl. I've never been so lovesick in my life.

I just can't get you out of my head...

And yet things haven't gone anywhere (how ironic that I'm listening to the Talking Heads "The Road to Nowhere"). It's my fault, mostly. I haven't really told her how I feel. But I've been trying to get her out to dinner (so I can tell her) for the last several days, and I can't get her. She isn't answering my calls, or my instant messages. What's a guy to do? Being able to talk to her is kind of a prerequisite for telling her anything. Have I blown it? I HOPE not. Well Q, you know who you are. And whether you want it or not, you have my heart.

Random thought: I saw at Best Buy a "Peter Frampton: Alive" CD. Does that imply he was once dead? Interesting theory, but not interesting enough to make me want anything of his. I bought a Garbage CD. (Shirley Manson has a killer voice, unlike a lot of "singers" in that genre.)
